Objectives set to be achieved and the changes taken place over the years :
Every nations progress depends upon the type of education the citizens get. Mahatma Gandhiji had advocated 'Wardha Shiksha Yojana' which was the result of his 40 years innovative experiments,

meditation and intensive thinking. While keeping it before Wardha education committee. He had expressed that whatever things I have ever given to Hindustani among them this systeem of education is the most prominent on and I don't think I have much more than this to give to my country. According to him learning must propagate self. Preservation, self confidence, self respect and self awareness in order to maintain individual and social life. Ultimately learning must enable on to achieve its very purpose i.e. To make an ideal citizen. Very individual must be able accomplish his/her one of the three basic needs with full vigor and confidence. Not any work is more or less prestigious but it is necessary to do it skillfully. They should known the importance of hard work and have a faith in it.

This institution has adopted Gandhiji's philosophy that emphasizes on physical hard work students practice experience etc. So the actual farming here. Students and teachers cultivate the land by phoughing, sowing, and harvesting. Here the students and teachers work together
through these experiments the students realize the pleasure of creativity and understand the value of co-operation. They believe in hard work and physical endurance. But today due to locality spread near by farming is not become possible.
While following the educational policy which emphasized on independence. This college runs the activity of spinning a charakha every day in an assembly the students teachers as well as the teachers work on charakha for half an hour. For the process of spinning first the cotton is cleaned up then the small rolls of cotton aree made out of them and in the last actual spinning is done for getting a thread.
